October: Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Please take sometime to visit the National Breast Cancer Foundation website.
There you can find out more information on breast cancer, ways to donate, and volunteer.
The more you know, the better you can be prepared and able to share with others.
Check out the American Cancer Society website for other information concerning breast cancer.

If possible, try to participate in any events taking place in your city or town!
And pass on information you learn with other women.

Thanks for helping spread the word. And when you get a moment, check out this little video -- http://www.ahamoment.com/vote/polly — about a pretty remarkable woman and her walk around the world (literally) for breast cancer awareness. Then click to vote for her, and she might be a TV commercial next year. Which would be nice.

Thanks,

Nice reminder.

I'm inspired by this newspaper that just launched a month full of coverage on breast cancer.

Black and white and pink all over.

This may be a really odd thing to say, but I LOVE your background. I mean, it just makes me happy to look at it.

I want to go out and buy some produce!
