I need to get on the packing. We're behind. I've been spending a lot of time editing photos and trying new stuff out on photoshop. Its too much fun. Plus Riley has become a lot more fun to play with so I've been devoting a lot of time to making her laugh instead of packing boxes. Nothing wrong with staying up all night Friday to pack:)

I am a last minute packer as well! lol I seem to work best when I have a time line. I just can't get motivated ahead of time.

Soak everything in first and enjoy your friends and family...There's always time for last minute packing (or in my case, giving stuff away to lighten the load :) I'd say you've got it right...Have fun!

As long as you have good music, I think it takes the edge off of packing! By the way, I love your photos. They are absolutely gorgeous. What camera do you use?

I too love church picnics, but hate packing. I get to do both this weekend :) Well, it's pre-packing/purging for a move next month...but it's still no fun!
